Product catalog, checkout, and delivery workflow for AB Agro Mart's online store — connected to the same order and inventory systems built above, so the business runs off one source of truth instead of three.
I design and automate the operational backbone of a business — spreadsheets that do real accounting, scripts that turn a day of manual work into one command, and documents that a shop actually uses every day.
I learn by shipping real things. When AB Agro Mart — a fresh fish, meat, and grocery retailer — was getting ready to open, it needed the kind of operational infrastructure a bigger company would build a whole department for: task tracking, order management, a product catalog, and proper accounting. There was no off-the-shelf tool that fit, and no budget for one.
So I built it — sheet by sheet, script by script — learning Excel formulas, Python automation, and double-entry bookkeeping along the way, and testing every number against hand calculations until it held up.
A full operational system for a multi-category retail business (fish, meat, poultry, dairy, groceries), built from a launch date and a blank spreadsheet.
A new retail business needed to track tasks, orders, inventory, suppliers, staff, and money from day one — with no existing systems and a hard launch date.
Designed and built every system solo: spreadsheet architecture, formula logic, automation scripts, and the documents staff use daily.
A connected set of tools the business actually runs on — order sheets that total themselves, a catalog that regenerates in one command, and books that balance.
A launch-to-operations workbook: task manager, timeline, budget planner, supplier database, and an executive dashboard that rolls all of it up automatically.
One linked spreadsheet per month — a tab per day, a block per order — with quantities, line totals, and daily and monthly totals that calculate themselves.
A Python + Node.js pipeline that turns one spreadsheet of product data into 146+ formatted profile documents — category-color-coded, with real photos embedded. Also wrote the store's policy pages: About Us, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Shipping, Return & Refund, Cancellation Policy, and FAQs.
A 24-account Chart of Accounts, voucher-based General Journal, automatic Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Receivable/Payable tracking — stress-tested with real transactions until assets equalled liabilities plus equity.
A webhook pipeline connecting the store's ordering system to Google Sheets, so new orders write themselves into the tracking system — no manual re-entry.
Bilingual appointment letters, printable order slips, and rider fuel logs — designed to actually get printed and used at the counter, not just look good on screen.
A Fixed Assets Register with automatic straight-line depreciation, plus a Payroll System handling monthly employee salary calculation.
Employee Information Sheet, Employee Database, ID card design, and an In/Out Attendance Sheet — the day-to-day HR paperwork built as linked, reusable spreadsheets.
The storefront customers order from, live and processing real orders.

A premium landing page for a wholesale chicken, Beijing duck & frozen snacks supplier in Chattogram.
Built with framer-motion animation and a glassmorphism look, with a Google Sheets-connected registration form for wholesale sign-ups.
Founded and personally ran a small fast-food shop (Jul 2024 – Jan 2026).
Daily operations, customer handling, sales and order management, shop supervision.
Practical, hands-on business management — not just theory — including on-the-spot problem solving.
